This brief was to renovate a family home to give it the wow factor.  Full refurbishment of this three-bedroom townhouse in Essex included creating a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen diner, creating an ensuite in the attic room, rewiring, replastering and full decoration throughout including interior design.  Externally, the property was landscaped to include a new patio, built-in seating and decorative planters, outside lighting, and a storage shed/workshop.

This project consisted of partial renovation of a 2-bedroom bungalow in Stoke on Trent which was renovated to sell.  Some of the works carried out included the removal of an internal wall to create an open-plan spacious room, rebuild of the porch, a new kitchen, new flooring, re-wiring, plastering, and full redecoration.

In need of much TLC, this two-bedroom terraced property in Stoke on Trent was renovated to let.  The walls were stripped back to brick, the roof was replaced, and the property needed full rewiring, damp proofing, plumbing and heating.  Installation of a sleek new kitchen and modern bathroom, full redecoration, new doors and woodwork transformed this into a modern property that has been home to a happy Tenant since its completion in April 2022.

This one started last year as a small plaster repair job following a leak and turned into a full-blown renovation as the clients got to know and trust us. ⁣We love building relationships with our clients, bringing their vision to life and delivering a home they are proud to live in! ⁣To date the scope of work has included:

In August 2021, we carried out an internal renovation of this family home in Stoke on Trent.  The work included rewiring, decoration throughout, refurbishment of the living room with a new fireplace, a new shower room and a utility room.  Structurally, we installed steel beams and 6m bi-fold doors overlooking the garden.  The property already had parquet floors that were worn and tired, which we were able to restore back to their former beauty.  The client also requested a bespoke fitted bookcase which our carpenter constructed creating an attractive feature.

In 2020, Powell Design and Construction carried out this project in collaboration with Homely Homes to create accommodation for 8 guests.  This internal renovation transformed an originally three-bedroom detached home into four-bedroomed serviced accommodation.  Works included a new kitchen and bathroom, flooring, plastering and complete redecoration throughout.
