This double story extension has created an 80 square metre kitchen area. Pro Build Leicester created 2 new bedrooms to the first floor with a new bathroom.

With underfloor heating and a new slate roof, the transformation is amazing. The new kitchen and LVT flooring really compliments this beautiful new extension

This single story rear extension in Anstey, Leicester created a beautiful new kitchen space.

We overcame a few issues when we started this project, realising the foundation needed to a raft, the Pro Build Leicester team quickly got to work creating the foundations and steel frame to allow the extension to be built.

With a roof lantern and bi-fold doors, we created a beautiful, light kitchen area that will be beautiful in the summer.

The LVT flooring and new kitchen really finished this to a very high standard and the team at Pro Build Leicester were extremely proud to have worked on the project.

After demolishing the old garage and starting the foundations, we uncovered an old cistern still in use. After many conversations with building control, our architect and structural engineer we progressed with the job by bridging the cistern with RSJs and underpinned the house. A block and beam floor was then constructed to produce the new floor whilst getting over a water cistern the size of a swimming pool.

Sash windows have also been added to the back bedrooms in a colour to match the bifold doors we have fitted to the new extension.

From being 3 small rooms, pro build Leicester have created and area of 65m2 which has massively valued the house and created a lovely space for the family to enjoy.

The conservatory at the rear of the property was very old and needed to be taken down to create a new living space that looked out over the wonderful garden.

We first took the conservatory down ready for the new extension’s foundations. The aluminium glazed front with glass apex and bifold doors was originally going to be made from oak. After speaking with the client and the architect, we advised the structure could be better with a steel frame to take the ridge beam load and then an aluminium frame to finish it off. The client has thanked pro build Leicester for our recommendation ever since. She loves the light it has created in her new kitchen/dining room.

After breaking through into the kitchen and fitting a new kitchen along with LVT flooring, this extension has added substantial value to the property along with a beautiful new area for a family to live.

Pro build Leicester thoroughly enjoyed working with our client on this one-off new build 3-bedroom property. From the initial site meeting with our architect and building control to finishing the kitchen, the job was a real pleasure to be part of.

After being recommended to the client by a previous customer, we initiated contact with our architect and structural engineer to produce a one off 3-bedroom house with end suite in the master bedroom.
