The work has included the building of steps for access into the house which will also have railings and
grab bars fitted. A sandstone paved path has been installed right the way around the property.
The driveway is been fully relaid it has been dug out to a depth of 300mm. A type 1 sub-base has
been laid, the edges have been formed with bricks set in concrete, the main area of the driveway is
going to be tarmac.
All the manholes have been renewed so they will be level with the finished surface.
Aco drains have been installed where required.
Stone walls have been built to separate off the planted areas of the garden.
Gravelled areas have been installed in the garden, the gravel has been laid on top of a weed membrane.

This project was independently inspected as part of the joining criteria for the FMB.
