This project was inspected on behalf of FMB by the independent inspection company the BBA.

The photos have been taken from the inspection report, following the inspection being undertaken 1st September 2023.

The project consisted of a single storey extension to the rear of the property to create an open plan living area and internal renovation work to the original part of the property including the house bathroom.

The whole exterior of the property was rendered and paving has been laid.
