This project involed the demolition and extesion of a Grade 2 Listed Building in Central Windsor.Careful consideration was taken to matching the buildings original style whilst satifying the clients requirements for a modern home. The clean extruded aluminium details sit happily alongside the Cast Iron features of the original rear extension, and internally original moulding have been recreated to match existing details.

We believe this property was orginally a coach house and had been converted to a dwelling in the 1970s,we carried out a soft strip which led to the roof being replaced completely along with a large proportions of the external walls.Once the shell had been prepared we completed a full internal refurbishment.
This late Victorian property was purchased by our client in a fairly original state , we carried out a loft conversion providing a new shower room and master bedroom, extended to the rear to provide a new kitchen /diner and refurbished the balance of the house completely.
We orginally started the kitchen refurb only on this project , this involved some structural alterations and steelwork , drainage to suit the new layout, finishes also once the Ktchen was fitted by Woodside Riddell. But whilst on site the client decided to carry out a second phase which involved the stripping of an existing flat roof and the construction of a timber framed 1st floor ,which along with some 1st floor reorganisation provided a first class master suite with dressing areas and ensuite.
A development project that we constructed on behalf of a sister company Northumbria Road consisted of a conversion of an existing property into a pair of 2 bed flats and the construction of a pair of New Build 2 Bed Flats.
This was a typical victorian terrace with a galley kitchen and side passage, used mostly for storage.Installing a steel frame to support the upper storey allowed us to create a light and airy kitchen and dining area providing great access to the garden.
This project involved the removal of a poorly finished extension completed in the 1970's,the construction of a new timber framed extension and the re cladding of the rear elevations to match the existing front Brick and flint elevations. An existing out house which collapsed in the late 90s was replaced with a timber clad single storey extension to match the original. Great care was taken to ensure both the scale and finish of the new areas matched in well with the existing house built in 1820. The Extension created a new open plan kitchen,Utility and wc,and 4th Bedroom
This project revolved around a very large masonary chimney which split the original dining room and kitchen into two small rooms. The whole of the original structure was removed and a new foundation and steel frame installed to support the masonary above. The area was extended using tradtional methods coupled to a glass and steel structure. The end result was a fanatstic open kitchen, dining and living area.
