Commenced in February 2011, this is a new Build Oak Framed 3 Bedroom house. Tom Chamlet Builders managed the whole project, liaising with the customer and Architect throughout the project, to ensure that the changes required met and exceeded the customers expectations. The project included installing a temporary access driveway, footings and drainage, assisting the Oak Frame company with the installation of the frame, Roofing, Carpentry, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Tiling and all finishes. The finishes chosen by the customer are very high end, with bespoke kitchens, bathrooms and lighting throughout the house. Project Budget: Approx £800k
