About this event
The 2024 FMB National Conference sponsored by People’s Partnership attracts insightful speakers, encourages in-depth debate, and provides a high-quality networking opportunity for members and suppliers from across the small and medium-sized building community. This year’s two-day event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln.
Thursday 12 September will feature an opportunity to join an open FMB National Board meeting. This will be followed by an informal social event (ticketed) in the evening.
Friday 13 September will include the National Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a half-day business conference during the morning. There will be some free time in the afternoon before a gala dinner in the evening, offering a chance to connect with fellow members.
Open to all FMB members, both FMB National President Chris Carr and FMB Chief Executive Brian Berry hope to see you all there.

Open National Board meeting
A members-only meeting which starts with a light lunch, refreshments will be provided throughout.

Thursday Networking Evening
An informal member-only networking event, each ticket entitles you to a one-hour drinks reception aboard Brayford Belle moored in the pictureque Brayford Wharf. Along with a welcome drink and hot food back at the hotel.
Part of the evening will take place away from the hotel and details will be shared with attendees closer to the event. We will provide travel support for guests with mobility and access requirements to and from the hotel during this part of the event. Please note this will not cover your travel to the event itself.

Friday 13 September
Business Conference
The session will include speakers, networking and an exhibition showcasing relevant suppliers. It will conclude with a networking lunch and refreshments will be provided during the morning.

Gala Dinner
A black-tie event, each ticket entitles you to a welcome drink on arrival, three-course dinner and half a bottle of wine per person (or a soft drink alternative). Entertainment will be provided by band SISTA SOUL.
