Peter Atkins is Director of AS Homes & Construction, a Hertfordshire-based building company specialising in residential extensions, refurbishments and new build homes. With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Peter works closely with clients, architects and consultants to deliver high-quality residential projects.
Peter serves as Vice President of the Federation of Master Builders Southern Counties region. He is passionate about raising standards within the building industry and enjoys supporting and sharing ideas with fellow builders to help strengthen the profession.
Megan Bath is the Founder and Director of FJ Digital Ltd, a multi-award winning social media marketing agency specialising in the construction and trades sector. Having grown up around trades, she is passionate about helping builders and contractors strengthen their online presence, showcase their work properly and use social media as a tool to win the work they want.
FJ Digital supports construction businesses through strategic, consistent online marketing that delivers exceptional growth, allowing clients to stay hands-off whilst their visibility and credibility build. They are also proud Associate Members of the Federation of Master Builders, reinforcing their close ties to the industry.
Maria Coulter is an award-winning Business Coach who started life in the industry as a Quantity Surveyor then became a Project Manager and Risk Manager. Her experience during the last recession led her to become a Coach to bring change to the industry and now works with Business Owners and Directors to help them grow stronger, more profitable and happier businesses.
Philippa is an intelligent and charismatic presenter. She is best known for her experience in live television, most notably Tomorrow's World she presented this alongside Peter Snow for seven years and during that time anchored many live specials and outside broadcasts. Along with phenomenally successful Robot Wars which she presented for BBC2 for seven series. She is an environmentalist has a degree in Ecology and Conservation at Birkbeck, University of London.
Jane Morgan is a globally experienced leadership development specialist and accredited executive coach with deep roots in project and program management. With more than 30 years supporting complex delivery environments, including major construction, engineering, and infrastructure programs, she brings a practical, grounded approach to developing leaders in high‑pressure, safety‑critical settings.
She designs and facilitates leadership programs for organisations such as KONE and GEA, helping project managers, site leaders, and technical specialists strengthen their impact, navigate complexity, and lead diverse teams on demanding projects. With over 4,000 hours of coaching experience, Jane supports leaders to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and deliver strategic initiatives with confidence.
An accredited Co‑Active® Coach with ICF and EMCC Master Practitioner status, she draws on extensive experience in large‑scale delivery, enterprise transformation, and PM process consulting, and previously trained practitioners in PMP®, PRINCE2®, and MSP®.
Eve Pollard worked on newspapers and magazines before becoming editor of the Sunday Mirror, where she won the Editor of the Year Award.
She was editor of the Sunday Express when it won both the Newspaper of the Year and the Sunday Newspaper of the Year awards. She is a regular broadcaster on television and radio. She is married to Sir Nicholas Lloyd and has a daughter, a son and three stepchildren.
Eve Pollard is Honorary President and a founding member of Women in Journalism. She is a Visiting Fellow at Bournemouth University and a regular TV and radio broadcaster.
