The FMB South West AGM will take place on 11 May at 10.00am. All members based in South West are eligible to attend and to vote at the AGM. Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, this year’s AGM will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams.
We are a not-for-profit organisation that is run for the members by the members. Each year, UK areas hold their own AGM. At the meeting we will transact the following business:
- To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
- To elect an Area President (Board Chairman) and Area Vice-President.
- To elect Members to sit on the Area Board.
- To transact any other business that is applicable to an AGM (this must be done in advance of the meeting).
