BTS Leak Detection Limited installs fixed leak detection systems to help achieve BREEAM accreditation. We offer systems that detect water, gas (natural gas, CO & refrigerant), fuel, and chemicals. For BREEAM, our products include water leak detection (WAT03 Pt1) and toilet occupancy flow control systems (WAT03 Pt2). We specialise in refrigerant leak detection for air-conditioned bedrooms, conforming to EN378 & F-Gas standards.

Our budget leak detection system can be installed in a cupboard to isolate the water supply during leaks and is ideal for kitchens, utility rooms, and bathrooms - especially useful for student or elderly-occupied homes.

Accredited as Safe Contractor & F-Gas and licensed waste carriers, we operate in domestic, commercial, retail, industrial, education, heritage, medical, and military sectors across the UK.
