Sam Eden FMB London Director caught up with prizewinner Mr Cosar to ask him a few questions about the awards...
- Can you tell us a bit about your business?
We do everything from foundations to roof. We have entered the competition with our 7-bedroom Edwardian extension and conversion. - What would it mean for your business to win an award?
It is an acknowledgement of our hard work. When you are covered in muck up to your knees or full of dust, you know that it will be something beautiful one day when you finish but it is nice for other people to appreciate it. - What are you looking forward to most about the awards ceremony?
It can be a great opportunity to see how others are dealing with the changes and catch up with the latest.

Tom has eighteen years of experience working commercially in construction media including fifteen years on the CIOB publications Construction Management and BIMplus. Tom has also worked on the Architects’ Journal, the Architectural Review and the Association for Project Safety publication the Project Safety Journal.
Tom holds a degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Roehampton.
