Represent the FMB and your business at trade shows around the UK

The FMB has partnered with the one of the UK’s biggest trade show brands, the Homebuilding and Renovating Show to connect Master Builders with homeowners seeking support with their building and renovation projects. There are two ways to get involved in the shows:

• Advice Centre: Those taking part in the Advice Centre have the opportunity to receive promotion on the show’s website in the buildup to events, as well as being featured in FMB social media promotions. You’ll be booked in for 15-minute chats with show visitors to discuss their plans / projects and offer insights where you can. You are welcome to bring business cards, and to exchange contact details with prospective clients during your discussions with them – there’s even a free lunch for those who stay for a full day.
• Masterclass presentations: These public speaking opportunities put you centre stage in the Masterclass Theatre where you can share your best practice advice with homeowners for finding a building contractor and working with them to deliver a successful project. The FMB provides template slides to help guide your presentation, so all you need to do is a little customisation to make it your own. Then it’s time to take to the stage and talk about the benefits of hiring a vetted, inspected builder such as yourself to deliver valuable projects in the home or business space.
