About this event

The National Conference attracts insightful speakers, encourages in-depth debate, and provides a high-quality networking opportunity for members and suppliers from across the small and medium-sized building community.

The theme for our conference is ‘The Green Homes Revolution’ and the programme will be made up of speakers covering topics including retrofitting homes; training and building skills for green homes, and the work of the Green Construction Board.

This year’s event will be held at the InterContinental London– the O2.  The stunning location with spectacular views of the River Thames makes this an event not to be missed. Book a one or two night stay and use your free time during the conference to explore South East London. 

Thursday give you the opportunity to join an open FMB National Board meeting. Friday a half-day business conference and exhibition is planned during the morning and a gala dinner will take place in the evening, offering a chance to connect with fellow members.

COVID-19 precautions

Before arriving at the venue if you have any symptoms of illness, regardless of whether you think they may be symptoms of COVID-19, please follow the Government guidance.

The venue will be sufficiently equipped with anti-bacterial stations, gloves and masks if needed. We ask that you please also notify us if you test positive within the time frame of the event so we can follow our track and trace communication procedure to our staff and any others who attended the event.

We recommend all delegates to have self-tested with a Rapid Lateral Flow Test kit to help ensure the safety of yourself and others. Although this is not mandatory, we do advise taking a Lateral Flow Test. Results can take up to half an hour to show so please be aware of this if you are going to be doing the test in the morning ahead of your visit.
