In conjunction with the other industry bodies, the FMB recently reached out to the Northern Ireland construction industry to speak about the challenges of good mental health for all.
Our concern for our members and all those in our sector is not limited to project-based success. The stresses of the industry and turbulent economic times take their toll on individuals, colleagues, and families. Our goal is to create a more empathetic working environment, whilst maintaining high standards of productivity.
The work of the FMB helps signpost confidential, practical and in some cases lifesaving help for those working within construction.
