Case Study 1

Gym,Study and Landscaping

The challenge here was to fit a double storey extension into the back of a garage.We had to excavate lower than the garage to fit the upper study in and keep the line of the roof the same as the existing garage.A stream running on the side made this a real challenge for us.We kept in very close contact with the building control officer and the customer to achieve are goals.Close attention to detail meant we had the perfect results for the customer.We Landscaped the garden with an access path,walling and turfing to complete the work.

Case Study 2

Double storey extension and landscaping

This is a big extension in Thornhill Cardiff ,the extension is bigger than the original house.As you can see we gave a lot of detail to matching up the bricks,windows ,mortor colour ,fascia soffit etc.The key was to achieve a good match to the original house so it looks like it has always been there.We had a close relationship with the customer to achieve the desired finish.We also Landscaped the front driveway and completed an Indian Sandstone patio at the back of the property.
