Case Study 1

Kitchen Extension and Sun Room

This project was to demolish leantoo building and to provide new kitchen extension complete with downstairs shower room, utility, and sunroom/conservatory.

Below is the fitted kitchen complete with all appliances extractors down lighters and tiling.

Full NICEIC and Gas Safe certificates provided on completion and all liason with the local Building Control Department is carried out on your behalf.

Case Study 2

New Garage and Sunroom

The project required by the customer was to demolish existing 1930's garage. In place was to build garage at one end and to have a sunroom/lounge at the other end. all works were carried out to detailed plans and to Building Regulation approval.

All works completed with NICEIC and Gas Safe Certificates on completion and all Building Regulation liason completed on behalf of the customer.
