2 bedroom house refurbishment in Camden


We used SANDAROV LIMITED when we needed to refurbish our small house in north London. They were reasonably priced, very polite and met our requests for the work that needed to be done. They were even happy to take on some additional tasks that we hadn't originally agreed. Ant managed his team impeccably and his communication was so good that we always knew who was going to be working at the house, what they would be doing and when they were expected to finish. House refurbishment


I needed my whole house refurbished, and it was a big job. There were walls to be plastered, a boiler to install, an old kitchen and bathroom to extract and new ones to install, and plenty of electrical work. Anton and his team did the work for me and finished it on time and on budget. They did a really good job and they were prompt about answering any questions that I had while they were doing the work. Flat renovation -Muswell Hill


I live in Muswell Hill and recently needed some renovation and refurbishment work done on my flat, so I got in touch with Sandarov. They installed a new kitchen, refitted the bathroom and revamped my bedroom. Not only that, but they repainted and laid new flooring throughout the flat. Flat renovation


We are absolutely delighted with the high quality renovation job that the Sandarov team has just finished in our flat. At 540 square feet our flat is quite small, but even so, the work was finished in only a month, even though it was a full scale project. What's more, the whole process was quick and free of problems. 2 Bedroom flat refurbishment – Earls Court



We were tasked with completely redesigning and renovating this two-bedroom property in Earls Court, from the structural aspects right through to the final touches of decoration. Our plans called for the removal of the existing load and non-load bearing walls, and after that was complete, we improved the condition of the floor by levelling it out. The next major part of this refurbishment job was rewiring the property and then putting in new plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom. That was followed by plastering, painting and decorating all the rooms. Then it was time to lay new flooring, and the client chose solid oak, which, along with new marble worktops in the kitchen, gave an overall high-end finish to the flat.

Loft conversion London


Loft conversion

Our client wanted to create more space in their property by converting a spacious loft into another room. Their vision was for a large and bright area that would be thoroughly modern in design, furniture and fittings. As it was a loft and at the top of the building, they wanted to maximise the amount of natural light available. We designed a loft conversion that incorporated full-length roof windows, allowing the maximum amount of sunlight in and creating a sense of openness in the room. We were careful to carry out the work with minimal disruption to the client, as per their wishes, and we managed to successfully complete the conversion in seven weeks. 


Complete refurbishment – Bromley



This project called for the complete refurbishment of the entire property as well as creating another bedroom and extending the kitchen at the rear to a much bigger room. We made space for the additional bedroom by converting a large loft, and there was sufficient room to meet the client’s requirement of an en-suite bathroom. We worked closely with the client from the start and planned and executed refurbishments of all the flooring and bathrooms, as well as installing new joinery, electrics and plumbing. Plastering and decoration completed the work, which resulted in a stand-out property that looks incredibly stunning.

Redevelopment and conversion – Kensington



Major work went into the development of this prime and exclusive Kensington property. We fully rewired and re-plumbed it, and the layout was altered with a new partition, in line with the client’s wishes. As every aspect of the interior required a uniquely high-end finish, we commissioned bespoke joinery to create a stunning look, and sourced the finest of kitchen and bathroom fittings to be installed. We also put down oak engineered flooring, as well as using marble tiling in the master en suite bathroom. The client wished to add their antique furniture to the property, and as there were access issues, we hoisted it and most materials through the front windows.

3 bedroom apartment refurbishment – Chelsea



This was part of a larger refurbishment project and required a significant amount of work. To begin with, our lead architect redesigned the apartment’s conservatory so it would be structurally independent from the flank walls. We then had to carefully remodel the rear hard and soft landscaping as well as the existing layout of the drainage; this was necessary so that the renovated structure would be a better fit for the site, the confines of which are restrictive. We also commissioned a number of custom-made structures and elements and installed them, including a bespoke timber structure, double-glazed windows, lead flashings and box gutters.

Ground floor refurbishment & conservatory Kensington



We worked closely with our client to achieve their vision and dream, which was more expansive kitchen, dining and family areas for everyone to enjoy. This was a prestige project with high-end specifications, and so we decided that only a superior Chalon kitchen would do, along with a striking new AGA cooker as the focal point. Extensive structural works were carried out to make the three areas more much more open-plan, and as parts of these works, we had to carefully alter the drainage at certain key locations. To complete the look, we ordered bespoke joinery for the rooms and used special plaster features and upmarket Farrow & Ball paint for an altogether wonderfully refurbished interior.
