Case Studies

The brief for this project was to extend an existing basement flat and create a roof terrace. The challenge for this project was to dig out seven metres into the garden space and work with a complicated structural scheme with limited access.

This project required co-ordinating with three other flats when changing the underground drainage system. The end result is that the client has doubled his living foot print adding one more bedroom and a bathroom filled with natural light.

We created a unique outside space whilst maintaining access to a beautifully finished route for the client's neighbours to continue using their shared garden.

This design and build project was heavy on construction which required a full scope of structural works. We installed 18 steel beams throughout to accomplish the design and build. We installed a complete insulated slab to the footprint of the building.

The project included a new loft conversion and pod extension to create a one-bedroom flat on the top floor, a redesign of the layout of the first floor to create a two-bedroom flat, a side and rear extension to the ground floor to create a large open plan two-bedroom flat with low maintenance garden with timber decking and artificial grass.

Out client purchased this town house which was in a desperate need of a full refurbishment inside and out which we have carried out. The brief for this project was to aim for a very high end finish.

This project included damp proofing and tanking the lower ground floor, new plumbing and electric systems to include NEST and HIVE, two new bathrooms and new utility room. We carried out the preparation and project managed the installation of the Woodstock bespoke hand built kitchen finished with Farrow & Ball colours with Miele and Gaggenau appliances, granite worktops, glass splashback, Artemide lighting, and some bespoke carpentry.

The flooring for the lower ground floor was solid wood French Oak Parquet. We have also installed a "Hole in the Wall" balanced flue gas fire. We project managed the installation of the hardwood Acoya double glazed box sash windows with acoustic glass throughout. We designed and landscaped the garden.

We project managed the build of a garden room which is a combination home gym and secure storage. This both maximises the use of the of the available space and blends in with the established planting.

When our clients purchased a run down three-bedroom semi-detached cottage in Mortlake, they saw its potential to be their dream family home. We shared their vision and have helped them turn it into a reality.

This involved an extensive amount of structural work to extend the ground floor, creating an open-plan living space with lots of natural light. We installed two roof lanterns and five meter bi-fold glass doors to maximise the light.

We prepared and managed the installation of the hand-painted Harvey Jones kitchen, which was finished by our installation of the beautiful walnut worktop prepared with Danish oil. A white-washed solid oak floor was laid to create a modern twist on a traditional build. The new kitchen extension hallway and downstairs toilet room required a two zone wet underfloor heating system. We installed a Wiseman storage combi boiler which could not only service the whole property but also fit nicely into the space to give a seamless look.

Our clients wanted to have as much wardrobe storage space as possible so we gave them clever bespoke carpentry to make best use of the available space. The master bathroom and the en-suite have been thoughtfully designed to maximise the space whilst maintaining the idea of modern and traditional finishes.

Our clients are very pleased with their beautiful new home have already recommended us to some of their friends.
