Summary

Ravenscourt Builders specialise in the renovation and refurbishment of existing residential properties in central London and the home counties with typical contract values of £200,000 to £1,000,000.

Projects undertaken are either for discerning individuals or developers typically looking to split larger buildings into a number of flats. Increasingly we are specialising in very low energy buildings and have developed a good knowledge of insulation and air tightness systems.

Ravenscourt Builders has in house experience or has worked with subcontractors who can carry out all construction work from digging the basement to the fitting smart home technology.

 Projects tend to work best when we are involved right at the beginning of the design process and either work with your design team or bring our design team to the project.  This ensures our detailed knowledge of the build is applied at the beginning of the process as opposed to when we are already on site which results in increased costs and delays. When project managing the whole process we will typically negotiate prices with the client's Quantity Surveyor to ensure fair prices for both parties.
