Case Studies

Extension in Redditch


We carried out this extension in Redditch in 2010. We provided a bedroom & en-suite over the existing double garage. We also built an utility room t the rear of the garage.

The customer was very pleased with the work & they have asked us to carry out further improvments to thier house & garden.

Extension in Kings Norton


This extension we carried out in 2008. We demolished the existing garage & then built a double extension comprising of a kitchen diner on the ground floor & two bedrooms on the first floor.

As there was a difference in ground levels between this house & the neighbours we used piled foundations installed by our specialists to ensure we had suitable foundations. This was agreed by the "local authority building control".

The second photo is taken during construction and shows the " damp proof course" & cavity insulation.
